Please sync chimera2 2.0a19-5.1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
 * debian/control:
   Build-depends: makedepend
   -> now depends on xutils-dev, which includes ccmakedep
 All changes can be dropped, because they are fixed in Debian (see changelog).

Changelog since current karmic version 2.0a19-5ubuntu2:

chimera2 (2.0a19-5.1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Fix FTBFS by replacing obsolete xutils with xutils-dev in
    Build-Depends (Closes: #485200).
  * Set urgency to “medium”, bug is in testing too.
