[Bug 386620] Re: checksetup.pl is not satisfied with perl-modules instead of libcgi-pm-perl

perl-modules=5.10.0-24 provides the CGI package of version 3.29 which is
not enought to bugzilla. For Perl 5.10 version 3.33 of CGI package is
required.

$ cat /usr/share/perl5/Bugzilla/Install/Requirements.pm
...

        module  => 'CGI',
