Public bug reported:

Hi,

I'm trying to install hdbc (in karmic) and apt is failing with the
following:

  $ sudo apt-get install libghc6-hdbc-postgresql-dev

and it fails with:

The following packages have unmet dependencies.
  libghc6-hdbc-postgresql-dev: Depends: libghc6-hdbc-dev (>= 1.1.6.2) but it is not going to be installed
                               Depends: ghc6 (< 6.8.2dfsg1+) but 6.10.3-3ubuntu1 is to be installed
                               Depends: libghc6-hdbc-dev (< 1.1.6.2+) but it is not going to be installed
                               Depends: libghc6-mtl-dev (< 1.1.0.0+) but 1.1.0.2-7build1 is to be installed
                               Depends: libghc6-parsec-dev (>= 2.1.0.0-2)
                               Depends: libghc6-parsec-dev (< 2.1.0.0+)
E: Broken packages

Not entirely sure if I've included enough information, please hassle me
if I need to include more!

Thanks,
  Sam
