The configuration file is sources by the a2mp3 script, meaning that the
variables in the executable can be overridden, presumable the intended
way to alter the behavior.

For anyone who is looking to configure a2mp3, the following are the
default settings that can be put in ~/.a2mp3.conf

OUT_DIR_="/home/${USER_}/mp3tmp"   # output directory for encoded mp3 files
TMP_=""     # tmpfile
MP3_='lame' #conversion executable
MP3_OPTS_='-h -V7 --quiet' #conversion options (lame)
