I am having the same error message trying to install the same package. I
have run the 2 commands & got:-

alan at phaetoncommunications:~$ hostname
phaetoncommunications.co.uk
alan at phaetoncommunications:~$ hostname -f
phaetoncommunications.co.uk
alan at phaetoncommunications:~$
