[Bug 400081] [NEW] Double-click to rename a tab in Guake

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: guake

To rename a tab in Guake, I must right-click it and choose "Rename". I
would like the rename option to appear if I double-click the tab.
Currently, double-clicking does nothing, so there'd be no conflict in
functionality.
