[Bug 399901] [NEW] cut file disappears on hover

Public bug reported:

When a cut file is hovered it's alpha/brightness is increased, when it
is un-hovered it returns. However, if the file has been cut it goes more
transparent but does not return on mouse out. On successive hover/un-
hovers it will fade and eventually become hidden apart from the file
name. However, files thumbnails (for example images) they hover as
expected.

Presumably this isn't actually a bug in konqueror or dolphin directly
but the common file browsing component.
