[Bug 399688] [NEW] php-xml-rss should depends on php-xml-parser

Binary package hint: php-xml-rss

Freshly installed XML_RSS php class (from php-xml-rss) does not work as
it requires the XML_Parser php class (from php-xml-parser) which is not
installed.
