[Bug 399378] [NEW] app causes sensors to report temp x2 on encoding

Public bug reported:

sensors puts out values of this sensor: k8temp-pci-00c3 
and M/B temp of this sensor: it8712-isa-0d00 
multiplied by 2

result is a cpu temp of about 100° C what ends in shutdown

when devede finished encoding and starts building dvd-structure (step
before building iso) the temp is immediately falling back to normal
value (less than a second)
