[Bug 398713] [NEW] Message indicator call back does not work correctly

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gwibber

When gwibber is minimized, it does not minimize to the panel, it just
minimizes the window. But the callback from message-indicator minimizes
to the panel.

The bug appears when gwibber is minimized and we want to restore it
through m-i. Instead of getting restored, it gets minimized again, this
time to the panel.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open gwibber
2. Minimize the application using the application (not message-indicator)
3. Try to restore the application using message-indicator
4. BUG: Instead of restoring the application, gwibber gets minimized to the panel.
