[Bug 398688] [NEW] no sound, no alsaplugin?

Binary package hint: kradio

I installed the karmic package of kradio (kde4 version) in yaunty (with
kubuntu backport packages). Sound doesn't work at all. When I tried to
configure my sound devices kradio crashed. Maybe it works in karmic, but
I could solve the problem by adding the alsa plugin (of kradio) from the
debian package (http://kradio.sourceforge.net/). Now everything works
fine.

Is it possible that the alsa-plugin is also needed in karmic?
