[Bug 398522] [NEW] Okular fail to open files with utf-8 chars in file's name.

Install from 4:4.2.96-0ubuntu1~jaunty1~ppa1 okular

On any file type (pdf, djvu, etc.) okular fails to open the file if it's name contains non ASCII chars. 
(it otherwise works if I replace every char with standard ascii and remove every spaces).
