I think this issue is related but I cannot tell if it is the same bug.
The status of the JDT plug-in in Eclipse 3.2.2 (default in Jaunty) is:

Plug-in "org.eclipse.jdt.junit4.runtime" version "0.0.0" referenced by
this feature is missing.

Please let me know whether I should submit a new bug for this issue.
