[Bug 397438] Re: SpiderMonkey compiled without UTF-8 support

Okay, I've been messing around with the .deb, and I made a patch that
builds SpiderMonkey with UTF8 support.  Can I submit this to the package
maintainer?

I don't have a lot of experience with this, so please let me know if
anyone has any suggestions.
