Confirming.
On macs grub is usually installed on to the partition. Now after running upgrade-from-grub-legacy i now have 2 grubs one in mbr and the other on the partition. And it means that I have 2 same linux entries in rEFIt menu now instead of usual one. I hope this bug will be looked at if upgrade-from-grub-legacy will be used during Jaunty -> Karmic upgrades cause all users will not be happy if suddenly they have MBR overwritten or having two Grubs....
