[Bug 396547] [NEW] firefox-3.5's recommends depend on earlier version of Firefox

Binary package hint: firefox-3.5

The firefox-3.5 package has ubufox as a recommended package.

ubufox has the following dependencies: firefox | abrowser | firefox-3.0
| firefox-2, apturl (>= 0.1.2ubuntu1), unfortunately, the firefox-3.5
package only provides firefox-3.1 and www-browser.

In some cases, installing firefox-3.5 is pulling in firefox-3.0 and
installing that as well if the user does not already have it.
