Bhavani, next time, please, keep in contact with the maintainer shown in MoM, and in particular note that I wrote my name in comments.
( I saw your request for gecode too... fortunately I didn't started to work on it, but anyway I'd like to be noticed )

Actually I'm in contact with the Debian maintainer, and I was working on
it: we don't need to do our work twice.... i've already enough busy
time. ;)

Anyway: does it builds? could you please attach a build log?

Again: please let the right maintainer know that you're doing work on a
package: not just me, and please wait for an answer.
