select mirror to install new software.

To replicate this bug:
1) Open Eclipse 3.5
2) Go to menu: Help->Install New Software...
3) Click on mirror list to select a mirror

** Affects: sun-java6 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
