[Bug 395350] [NEW] docky gets stuck beneath other windows when a fullscreen application is opened

Binary package hint: gnome-do

Possibly only affects dual monitors (ati)?

Steps to repeat:
open totem (movie player) on the screen where docky is not
move the mouse so docky appears
observe it appears below any open windows, and won't come forward even when clicked

This behavior continues after the fullscreen window is closed
