Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ksplice

I installed yesterday ksplice. In these two days it installed several updates do my kernel.
Today after my fisrt reboot since the installation my kernel was completly trashed.
Problems:
* Nvidia module didn't load
* none of the net devices was working
* neither trackpad neither usb mouse worked
* apt was not able to uninstall ksplice

Solution:
1. boot alternate kernel
2. uninstall ksplice
3. reinstall latest kernel
4. reboot

and voila it's everything working again.
