Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: dolphin

Some times when copying a file in dolphin the new file is created in the new location but the whole path is included in the filename.
e.g.
when copying file: readme.txt which resides in /home/user/Desktop
to the directory /tmp/ the filename for the new file should be /tmp/readme.txt
but it is /tmp/file:///home/user/Desktop/readme.txt
