[Bug 191487] Re: kdegraphics-kde4 needs rebuilding aginst new libgs8

  I am reporting here because I thought depending on both the <= and >=
could be the problem, as I can not install the package either.  Could it
be that the dependencies are not met if you don't have BOTH the <= and
the >= versions for libgs9?  For me the option of installing the lower
version directly does not appear, but it is the only unmet dependency
that I can see for libokularcore1-kde4..
