Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nspluginwrapper

This is the same bug that was filed against Flash 10 and subsequently
changed to be filed against nspluginwrapper.

The original bug report is

This was tested using a freshly downloaded livecd with only adobe flash
installed via the add plugin within firefox.
