[Bug 135556] Re: eclipse-pydev is outdated

According to the wesite does the current release 1.4.2 only require:
- Eclipse 3.3 (python requires only the platform release, and jython also requires JDT)
- Python 2.3.x or 2.4.x
- Java 1.4 or higher 

Keeping the eclipse-pydev package up to date enables rolling out eclipse
pydev developement environments to non-root users. Please consider
updating this package.
