[Bug 319369] [NEW] Package held back in intrepid->jaunty upgrade (missing Replaces: gstreamer0.10-fluendo-mpeg(de)mux, maybe?)

Public bug reported:

After an upgrade from Intrepid to Jaunty (alpha 3) via the standard GUI
release-upgrader, I was left with the Intrepid version (0.10.8-1) of
gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad installed, with it greyed out in update-
manager, and kept back in apt-get dist-upgrade.

Investigation showed that it was being held back due to conflicting with
gstreamer0.10-fluendo-mpegdemux. The following changelog fragment seems
relevant:

gst-plugins-bad0.10 (0.10.8.2-1) experimental; urgency=low
    + debian/control.in:
      - Conflict with gstreamer0.10-fluendo-mpegdemux and
        gstreamer0.10-fluendo-mpegmux as the mpegdemux and mpegtsmux plugins
        from gst-plugins-bad are their successors.


I messed around with various combinations of Provides and Replaces, but I couldn't convince dist-upgrade to do the right thing automatically.
