Hi again Rory,

I'll mark this bug as "invalid" (for lack of a better status code) since
the bug comes from another package.

Please try the same operation directly with unzip (or whatever archive
type you were using) and file a new bug against that package if you can
reproduce it.

Thanks for taking the time to report this.  I'm sure that other non-
american users would appreciate if this were fixed.
