[Bug 311329] Re: tv_grab_nl scripts not included

They're still present in the source for historical reasons. However,
they are no longer installed as they no longer work.

tv_grab_nl was removed because the source website actively blocked the XMLTV user-agent.
tv_grab_nl_wolf was removed because it stopped working and was no longer being maintained.
