[Bug 315934] [NEW] [Kubuntu 9.04 alpha 2 ] Intel i950 ( Intel® 945GC ) poor kwin performance

Hello when using Kubuntu 9.04 alpha 2, i see that kwin performance
really slow, also there are some regressions ive discovered, on is at
the desktop effects where you can select plug-ins.

How to reproduce, i don't know how to collect data but i can see kwin
performance by using the tool that you can activate at desktop effects.

When i minimize or use cover switch i see going Kwin in the red, it also
go's in the red when i don't do such actions, but their is clearly a
performance issues.

How to reproduce the regression, open systemsettings> desktop > desktop
effects and scroll the efects list down.
