[Bug 315886] [NEW] rename screen-profiles-helper to screen-profiles-configurator

Binary package hint: screen-profiles

The screen-profiles-helper has turned into a full-featured utility.
It's more than a helper at this point.  I suggest we rename it to
screen-profiles-configurator, updating all references and documentation.
