[Bug 315847] [NEW] web import: pix chooser window incredibly large

while testing bug 289861, I realized that the picture importer for the
web page importer creates an incredibly large window (see attached
screenshot, the window is over 3000 pixels wide and doesn't even fit my
multimonitor setup)
