Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: seamonkey

I am trying to update a website that was previously created and
published using MS-FrontPage 2000. I can edit the pages without a
problem using Composer. But when I try to publish these edited pages,
Composer connects successfully to the remote web server, but is not able
to upload the edited files. Eventually the publish session fails
claiming that there server is not available, yet it was able to
successfully sync unchanged files. Only edited files fail with the
server unavailable error.
