[Bug 315414] [NEW] Cannot change Download folder if no file was downloaded

Binary package hint: gpodder

version 0.12.1

If no file has been downloaded at all, then gPodder fails at changing
the Download folder.

Once a file was downloaded, moving the Download folder works.
