[Bug 314665] [NEW] "BUG: soft lockup..." when hibernating

Everytime I am trying to hybernate my Dell Latitude notebook I get the
following message repeated every minute until I power off my machine:

"BUG: soft lockup - CPU#0 stuck for 61s! [compiz.real:6314]"

Suspending is working perfectly.

Ubuntu 8.10, nvidia 180.18, compiz 1:0.7.8-0ubuntu4.1
