[Bug 314579] [NEW] Emacs 23: toolbar "help" icon placed in wrong position

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: emacs-snapshot

The toolbar in Emacs 23 is using the official GNOME icon set. But there
is a problem with the "help" icon when I startup emacs-snapshot-gtk:
it's sort of at the wrong place, more upper left than it should be. I'll
try to attach some screenshots.

Once Emacs is running and the toolbar is reconfigured at least once,
then the help icon is back it its normal place by the way.

** Affects: emacs-snapshot (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
