Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping to make
Ubuntu better.

The packages tcm and ww-scripts both contain the file /usr/bin/psf so
just one of them can be installed at a time.

According to http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=ww-
scripts&searchon=names&suite=intrepid&section=all there is no package
ww-scripts in Ubuntu intrepid. Because of this the Ubuntu project can
not support or fix your particular bug. Please report this bug to the
provider of the ww-scripts package. Thanks!

I'm going to mark this bug as invalid as it is no really a bug in Ubuntu.
