Test Case: "My MythTV box is behind a few firewalls so the 1.0.2 version
of "mythexportRSS.cgi" didn't have the correct value in HTTP_HOST when
my front-end reverse proxy (Apache) web server returns the output of the
script from the MythTV web server"

There should little regression potential with this bug.  Many users are
already using this code from the Mythbuntu Testing PPA.  I have
personally verified that changing this code to accommodate reverse
proxies does not break the RSS feed for users that do not use reverse
proxies.
