[Bug 312812] [NEW] When removed via Apt, the /etc/cron.monthly/rwhod file is not removed.

I noticed, after uninstalling the rwho and rwhod packages, that /etc/cron.monthly/rwhod is not removed. I would assume this should be removed upon removal of the package. Thanks.
