Can you explain

   * Moved par2 and unzip from Recommends to hard dependencies.

please? Moving par2 and unzip to depends is correct only if the program
fails without them. Looking at the options, I see no way to disable par
checks so par is probably right, but I'm not convinced about zip as this
can be disabled. What is the behaviour of sab when started without
configuration if unzip is not installed? If it works (even with
warnings) then this should be a recommends.

    * Moved non-free unrar dependency to Suggests to escape multiverse.

I don't see a problem with being in multiverse if this is the
appropriate relationship between unrar and sab (it should really be the
same as for unzip). But if you'd rather keep sab in universe then please
document this in README.Debian.
