[Bug 335583] [NEW] <Ctrl> + Click not working for certain keyboards

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: parcellite

As the next upcoming release of Parcellite has missed the Feature Freeze
(no hard release date yet set), upstream has provided me with a patch
which they would like to ensure makes it into Jaunty. <Ctrl> + Click
brings up the action context menu, and this does not work with the
current package for certain keyboards. The attached patch will resolve
this issue.
