[Bug 335461] [NEW] wrong measure-size using ties from capella-files

I imported a capella-file with 3/4 meter. There are ties across the
bars. It turned out that a new bar was placed after the tied note. So
there was a measure with a half note created. The corresponding measures
in the other staffs only contained a quarter note.  In combination with
these other staffs, the whole piece was messed.

This happened as well in windows 0.9.4 version as in the linux/ubuntu
0.9.5 version.

I attach the capella-file. Look in measure 6.
