Public bug reported:

the children of apache are segfaulting when eucalyptus talks to them.
upstream appears to be aware:

[16:07] <@grze_> Ng: if you are using the jaunty package there is something up w/ the package setup that is
causing the children to die on sig 11
[16:07] < Ng> grze_: yep, I am
[16:07] <@grze_> Ng: we are working on it -- sorry about that :(

I don't have a great deal of useful debugging output for this. I tried
stracing apache and its children and the only thing which immediately
jumped out was a call to capget() with a NULL parameter, but this didn't
appear to immediately cause the segfault.

** Affects: axis2c (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
