[Bug 334794] [NEW] kile 2.1: the syntax highlighting in LaTeX is not on by default

The system was dist-upgraded but all configuaration files of kile were removed manually

By default the syntax highlighting in LaTeX is switched off. I think it
is not a very good default setting since most users (I presume) use the
highlighting.
