[Bug 334404] [NEW] RabbitMQ 1.5.3 has bug fixes for Jaunty

Binary package hint: rabbitmq-server

RabbitMQ 1.5.3 contains bug fixes from 1.5.1, and no new features. Some
of the fixes are packaging related and came out of the REVU process, but
there are also others which fix problems found by our users.

Therefore an update to 1.5.3, in time for Jaunty release, is both low-
risk and highly desirable.
