Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: soprano-backend-sesame

Description:    Ubuntu jaunty (development branch)
Release:        9.04
Platform:      x86-64

soprano-backend-sesame:
  Installed: 2.2.1-0ubuntu1
  Candidate: 2.2.1-0ubuntu1
  Version table:
 *** 2.2.1-0ubuntu1 0
        500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com jaunty/universe Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

After installing the backend I expect $ sopranocmd --backend sesame2 to find the sesame2 plugin but it fails with this message:
$ sopranocmd --backend sesame2
(Soprano::PluginManager) searching plugin file from "/usr/local/share/soprano/plugins"
(Soprano::PluginManager) found no soprano plugin at "/usr/lib/soprano/libsoprano_sesame2backend.so"

Seems that a missing library for java is the cause based on this command:
$ ldd /usr/lib/soprano/libsoprano_sesame2backend.so | grep found
        libjvm.so => not found

I have both java-6-openjdk and java-6-sun installed and tried switching
between the both to see if it would fix the problem and it didnt. I
switched using the command $ sudo update-java-alternatives -s. This
makes strigi unusuable with nepomuk server.

** Affects: soprano-backend-sesame (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
