This doesn't look like a conduit bug. If I run "yelp ghelp:conduit",
then it opens the help correctly. If I open "gnome-open ghelp:conduit"
(which is basically what conduit does, but via the xdg-open wrapper),
then I see the error you see (requested URI 'ghelp:///conduit' is
invalid), which sort of suggests that the URI gets mangled by glib
