[Bug 332907] [NEW] Help file is not shown

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: conduit

On the version included in Intrepid (0.3.14), the help file is not shown
when using the usual Help->Contents menu entry of the application.

Having tested it on two different computers, on the first one choosing
this entry has no effect at all, and on the second one yelp comes up
with a message stating that the page could not be found (requested URI
'ghelp:///conduit' is invalid). Pressing F1 does not help, either.

However, the help file is in fact included in the system, as can be
confirmed doing a search on 'conduit' in yelp.
