[Bug 332800] [NEW] dolphin directory display flickers, scrollbar goes off and on ...

Binary package hint: dolphin

on certain window sizes and directory list sizes dolphin display
"flickers":

This situation can occur when dolphin decides to show a right scrollbar,
this leads to another flow of icons, then scrollbar is turned off, then
on, then off ....

Workaround: Make window wider or narrower for a clear decision to show
scrollbars or not. I have newer seen this behavior of dolphin before. I
am on a freshly updated jaunty system on amd64.
