Hi!

Here is the  /var/log/Xorg.0.log file from after reproducing this issue
attached as "/var/log/LATEST.Xorg.0.log" to this comment.

I do not think I have made any customizations to your /etc/X11/xorg.conf 
Please let me know if there is a way to check.
