[Bug 332245] [NEW] Deleting all feeds greys out the "New Subsciption" button

This bug occurs when you delete all feeds in your subscription list.
On deleting the last one the "New Subscription" button in the toolbar becomes greyed out, even though the option is is still viable as seen if you right click in the subscription list and go to  new->new subscription.

I have attached a picture to clarify.
