The Liferea case is already reported as bug 328606, so I'll revise this
to cover the pidgin-libnotify case.

** Changed in: pidgin-libnotify (Ubuntu)
Sourcepackagename: notify-osd => pidgin-libnotify

** Summary changed:

- Not all notifications shown using notify-osd
+ Notifications include actions even when the server doesn't accept them

** Description changed:

- Since I installed notify-osd, some notifications are shown as a standard
- GTK dialog in the center of the screen. This happens with liferea and
- pidgin-libnotify. This is quite annoying as I have to close each dialog
- manually.
+ pidgin-libnotify includes actions in its notifications even when the
+ notification server advertises that it does not accept them, as Notify
+ OSD doesn't for example. (This causes Notify OSD to show an alert box as
+ a fallback.)
+
+ The actions should be included only if the notification server
+ advertises that it will accept them.
+
+ See also bug 331139.
